Flagship

LVDeploy Manager

The full job, planned end to end. Upload a floor plan and place every device on it — cameras, access control panels, racks, data drops, speakers — then draw the actual cable runs between them instead of estimating footage from memory. LVDeploy Manager turns that into a complete bill of materials, an install time estimate, and a printable as-built, all generated from the real layout you built, not a guess.

This is the tool most contractors live in day to day: it's the one place a multi-trade job — cabling, cameras, access control, and audio/video together — gets planned as one connected picture instead of four separate spreadsheets that don't talk to each other.

  • Floor plan canvas & device placement
  • Cable runs & routing
  • Bill of materials, generated from the layout
  • Cable schedule & install time estimate
  • AI proposal / scope-of-work generator
  • Change order & version history tracking

Data Cabling Manager

A focused, standalone alternative to the full LVDeploy Manager, scoped entirely to data cabling — data ports, MDF/IDF locations, wireless access points, cable schedules, and a bill of materials, with no cameras or access control cluttering the canvas. If cabling is all you do, this is a faster, simpler way to plan the same job.

Available two ways: run it entirely on its own for a flat monthly price, or get it bundled at no extra cost with Advanced or Enterprise — where it also hands data straight to and from the full LVDeploy Manager, so a cabling-only survey can grow into a multi-trade job without starting over.

  • Data ports & MDF/IDF placement
  • Wireless access point coverage
  • Cable schedule, generated from the layout
  • Bill of materials & labor estimate
  • Hand-off to LVDeploy Manager (Advanced & Enterprise)

Access Control Manager

Lay out door readers, request-to-exit devices, and controllers on the floor plan before you spec a single panel. Access Control Manager tracks credential counts per door and door type, so the panel and controller counts in your final bid come from what's actually on the drawing, not a rough headcount from the walkthrough.

Bundled with Advanced and Enterprise, it shares the same floor plan and device data as the rest of the suite — so a door added here shows up consistently across the job's overall bill of materials, instead of living in a separate access-control-only spreadsheet.

  • Door reader & controller placement
  • Credential count tracking
  • Panel & power budget planning
  • Shared floor plan with the rest of the suite

PPL

Patch Panel Manager

Map port assignments, cross-connects, and rack elevations before punch-down day, not during it. Patch Panel Manager keeps every port numbered and labeled consistently with the rest of the job, so the person doing the labeling and the person doing the cross-connects are working off the same source of truth instead of two different printouts.

On Enterprise, panels can be exported straight from LVDeploy Manager, pre-numbered and pre-located by MDF/IDF — cutting out the manual re-entry step of transcribing a device list into a separate panel-layout tool.

  • Port assignment & labeling
  • Cross-connect mapping
  • Rack elevation layout
  • Export from LVDeploy Manager, pre-numbered (Enterprise)

Security Camera Manager

Drop cameras on the floor plan and see their actual field of view and coverage overlap, not just a dot marking where one goes. Security Camera Manager helps catch blind spots before install day, and plans PoE budgets and NVR storage requirements based on the real camera count and resolution, not a rule-of-thumb estimate.

Shares device data with the rest of the suite, so camera counts and PoE loads roll up into the same overall bill of materials as everything else on the job.

  • Camera placement with field-of-view cones
  • Coverage & blind-spot checking
  • PoE budget planning
  • NVR storage estimation

Server Rack Manager

Plan rack elevations, power budgets, and weight loads before equipment shows up on site — not after someone discovers the rack is over its power draw with three units still left to mount. Server Rack Manager lays out U-space, tracks power per circuit, and flags weight distribution issues while there's still time to reorder the plan.

Useful on its own for a standalone rack build-out, or alongside the rest of the suite when the rack is just one piece of a bigger job.

  • Rack elevation & U-space planning
  • Power budget per circuit
  • Weight load distribution
  • Equipment library with standard U-heights

Quote Manager

Import a bill of materials from any LVDeploy tool — the flagship planner, Data Cabling Manager, whichever one you used to plan the job — add labor and markup, and print or export a client-ready quote. No re-typing a materials list from one tool into a separate spreadsheet to build the number a client actually sees.

Because it pulls from the same underlying job data as the rest of the suite, a change made in the floor plan after the quote's already drafted is easy to re-pull, rather than requiring the whole quote to be rebuilt from scratch.

  • Import BOM from any LVDeploy tool
  • Labor & markup calculation
  • Client-ready print & export
  • Re-pull updated data after plan changes
